Describes an office chair with arms constructed by fastening the chair to a plywood base which extends in front of the chair, attaching a wedge shaped foot rest to the base (so the toes point slightly upwards), and using a seat cushion to raise the seat height. Also describes a T shaped wood foot rest that can be used by someone sitting in a wheelchair. Includes drawings.
