Lancaster County man sexually abused pre-teen for years: police

An Ephrata resident is accused of sexually abusing a child between 10 and 14 years old for several years.
East Cocalico Township police said William Heagy Jr., 24, assaulted the victim between 2011 and 2014 at a home on the 2500 block of North Reading Road.
Heagy admitted to the abuse during an interview with investigators, police said.
He’s charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Heagy was arraigned and released on $20,000 bail.
