Brindisi: Upstate Cerebral Palsy receives $1.7M grant

Upstate Cerebral Palsy has received a $1.7 million grant from the Department of Health and Human Services Department, Congressman Anthony Brindisi announced Tuesday in a statement.
The mental health and substance abuse service grant is administered through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and is designed to help agencies improve community behavioral and mental health.
Upstate will used the grant to provide services for those with mental and substance abuse disorders through its Community Health and Behavioral Services clinic, Brindisi said.
